    * Last minute new feature: LearnDialog "next item" random function improved to show all elements in the local stack regularly

RC 3 did not solve the arrow draw problem, so here is RC 4 with some other changes.

    * Fix, second try: Background of arrow buttons should really display correctly on all systems now
    * Fix: UI theme change made previously opened study dialogs visible again
    * RetentionManager Layout improved
    * Update RetentionManager after every card move during test/learn/match
